Conditions for using HCCC alerts and the application

Service Description

Highline Crossing Cohousing Community ("HCCC", "we", "us") provides a community application and an emergency SMS alert service ("HCCC Alerts") for residents who choose to opt in. Alerts are public service announcements (e.g., safety, weather, utility, or other urgent notices). No marketing or promotional messages are sent via this service.

Eligibility & Participation

  • HCCC Alerts are available to current residents and authorized users.
  • Participation is voluntary and requires your explicit opt-in.
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply START to resume.

Messaging & Charges

  • Message frequency varies depending on emergencies and operational needs.
  • Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
  • Messages identify the sender (e.g., begin with [HCCC]) and include STOP/HELP guidance.

Delivery Disclaimer

SMS delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by device, carrier, and network conditions. HCCC Alerts are not a substitute for emergency services. In an emergency, call 911.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the application or alert service, including attempting unauthorized access or interfering with operations.

Changes & Termination

We may modify or suspend the application or HCCC Alerts. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or updating your preferences in the application.
